My mission is to help as many men as possible with their journey towards a healthy, active lifestyle

There’s a huge amount of pressure on us to look a certain way, but finding the motivation to make changes and the confidence to put yourself out there can seem nigh on impossible.

Overwhelmed and with no support, it’s not surprising that most people don’t even get off the starting blocks, or give up on their health and fitness kicks after only a few short weeks.

I know exactly what it feels like to be in your shoes as I spent years of my life wearing exactly the same pair. I also know that you have exactly what it takes to make the changes you’ve been dreaming of, as I made them myself, and I’ve never, ever looked back

If you’re reading this, then you’re already halfway there. It’s time to take the focus off those body hang-ups and those wasted gym memberships.

The key to making real, lasting change, is to do so sustainably, with a whole community to turn to for support when you hit a bump in the road.

It’s time to forget about those egos you came up against in the weights area at the gym and join a bunch of guys who are just like you, working towards the changes they want to see in their bodies and their lives. Simple as that.

over sustainable progress.

For me, making positive changes to your lifestyle should be about gradually learning and adapting your mindset so that you don’t even consider slipping back into your old ways.

 

There was a time when I was overweight and inactive and generally very down, with a negative outlook. I was insecure about my appearance, low on energy, and unsatisfied.

One day, I decided it was time to say goodbye to the Sean of the past. I didn’t get where I am today overnight, but from that day on I vowed to treat myself with more respect, and the results soon began to show.

 

What I learned when I went through my own journey is that there was absolutely nothing and no one holding me back but myself, and I aim to prove that to each and every person that signs up to one of my programmes.

Joining me, you can rest assured that you’ll be welcomed into a totally safe space where there’s never any shaming, just mutual support and the motivation you need to change your life.

6 months in and not looked back since, 'wow' what a change. I am now in a far better place both physically and mentally, and relish the Thursday night Circuits! The hardest part is actually saying 'yes' and attending them first 2 or 3 sessions, but 'just do it' as the famous slogan says!

The first PT class I’ve been to, that I look forward to going to. Classes are fun and interesting, but don’t push you so hard that you dread the next one. The meal plan is varied, and helps to change bad eating habits. Sean takes you through each step, helps keeps you motivated, and is always available for

I was contemplating going back to the gym when I saw Sean's ad on Facebook, so I decided to give it a go. One week in and I have to say it's one of the best decisions I have made! Having the support of not only Sean but the whole group is very motivating and makes you look forward to the next session. Don't get me wrong, it's hard work, but that's the whole point, no pain no gain as they say. Sean and the group are very welcoming and Sean is always on hand if you need some guidance. The food plan is great and helps to get out of bad habits but at the same time filling and tasty. Would recommend to anyone thinking of starting.
