I started Sean’s 6 week kick starter programme after seeing the benefits with my husband on the men’s program and after finally admitting that I cannot achieve the results I have been chasing off my own back. I want to become fitter and stronger rather than lose weight and I am already seeing and feeling the benefits of the varied fitness sessions and easy to follow (and eat ) meal plans. Okay, so you might think it’s expensive but compare it to all the money that gets spent, even wasted, on gym memberships that don’t get used, fad diets that get shopped for and then thrown away. Then break it down to the number of sessions, the meal plans and constant support from Sean and it’s a bargain! And add on top of that add in a group of incredibly welcoming and supportive people to share good days and bad days with. If you are thinking about it - DO IT! You won’t regret it.

Hi, I'm Charlotte. I have seen Sean's page quite a few times and never been brave enough to join. After speaking to Sean he was really supportive so I went for it and I am so happy I did. It was my first week last week, the girls in the group are so lovely and make you feel part of the group and are very friendly. I instantly felt comfortable. I did a variety of groups and LOVED them all. Sean spends time with you, helps with exercises and you can see he really cares about his members. He goes the extra mile. I have watched Sean's videos and seen him pop up on Facebook for nearly a year now and after trying all the fad diets and failing miserably, putting more back on than I lost. My famous words to myself I can't do exercise, I just can't seem to shift the weight, what's the point, it's going to take forever . I finally decided to take the plunge. Only I can make the change and anything is better than nothing. I'm now on my 2nd week and I'm loving it. I have never looked forward to exercise but I find myself clock watching for my next session. Sean makes the whole journey fool proof. There isn't anything he can't show you an alternative for. If your in pain he stops you because that's not the aim, he then takes the time to show you an alternative. I joined on my own and was made to feel very welcome from day one . I have rheumatoid arthritis. I suffer with flares and I'm still managing this group. My new favorite sentence, I can do this.
