Ingredients:
180ml unsweetened almond milk
1 ripe nectarine, stone removed
25g vanilla flavour whey or rice protein powder
2 tsps fresh lemon juice
½ -1 tsp ground cinnamon
Method:
Place all of the ingredients in a blender jug. Blend well until creamy.
Serve.
