Watermelon Fruit Burst Smoothie

 

Serves 1

Ingredients:

80ml chilled coconut water

40g frozen strawberries

100g watermelon, diced
1 tsp chia seeds

juice of 1 lime 2 ice cubes

Method:

Place the ingredients in a blender jug and blend until smooth. Serve.
Consume immediately.

22g carbs 2g protein
