Tropical Protein Yoghurt

 

Serves 1

Ingredients:

60g mango chunks
250g Greek yoghurt (use dairy free if preferred)
25g vanilla flavour whey or protein powder
40g fresh pineapple, cut into chunks
a small sprinkle of chia seeds
a small sprinkle of unsweetened coconut flakes
 
Method:
Place the mango in a blender jug and blend until smooth.
Place the yoghurt and protein powder in a bowl and stir well until smooth.
Pour the mango purée onto the yoghurt and swirl into the yoghurt using a spoon.
Add the toppings.
Serve.
Consume immediately.
