Ingredients:
90g fresh or frozen pineapple
3 ice cubes
80g Romaine or iceberg lettuce
25g vanilla flavour whey or rice protein powder (optional)
60g Greek yoghurt (use dairy free if preferred)
50g ripe banana
1⁄2 tsp chia seeds
170ml unsweetened almond milk
Method:
Place all of the ingredients in a blender jug. Blend well until creamy. Serve.
