Makes 10 bites
Ingredients:
100g dark chocolate (minimum 70% cocoa)
7g pistachios, chopped
a pinch of sea salt
15g dried cranberries
7g hazelnuts, chopped
Method:
Place the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl or saucepan.
Place the bowl/saucepan in a shallow basin of boiling water.
Stir until melted. Remove carefully from heat.
Line 2 trays with baking paper. Spoon the chocolate, 1⁄2 a tbsp at a time onto the baking paper, to form 10 circles.
Sprinkle the remaining ingredients over the chocolate circles. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, or until set.
Store any leftovers in an airtight container and freeze for up to 2 weeks.
