Tahini & Date Smoothie

 

Serves 1

Ingredients:

140ml unsweetened almond milk (or use milk of your choice)

1 tsp vanilla extract
10g chopped dried dates
30g vanilla flavour whey or rice protein powder (optional)

30g frozen banana

1⁄2 tsp ground cinnamon

15g tahini
3 ice cubes

Method:

Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend well until creamy. Serve.
Consume immediately.

Per serving: 327 calories, 15g fat, 18g carbs, 30g protein
