Reflecting On A Remarkable 2022

The end of the year is almost here and what a year it’s been! 
As Katie and I look back on 2022 it's important to take time to celebrate our members successes.
This year we’ve seen our Unit 11’ers working hard to reach their goals - whether that be achieving a new or long held target, smashing a personal best, mastering a new skill or just taking some regular time out for themselves. It’s truly remarkable what’s been accomplished over the past 12 months by each and every one of our Unit 11’ers.
Whether it was a big goal they set out at the start of the year ,or small successes they've achieved along the way, it’s been an absolute pleasure watching each one of them reaching their own personal goals throughout this year. 
Congratulations to each and every one of them for their commitment and achievements - they should be proud of themselves!

Amidst all the festive cheer, ensure that you take some time for yourself. More than anything, we want you to use this festive period as an opportunity to spend quality time with the people who matter most, and do what makes your heart happy. Life’s all about balance after all. Use this time to do something that brings you happiness - if it's catching up with old friends or reading a new book, perhaps even taking a long walk at Dunham or another favourite spot- whatever it is, cherish these moments.
That being said, 2023 is just around the corner, and we look forward to embarking upon more amazing journeys alongside each one of you. We have so many wonderful adventures planned for next year, and we can't wait to get going after a much needed Christmas break.
Wishing you all a wonderful festive period filled with love, laughter and everything else that brings joy during this special time. Use this festive period as an opportunity to recharge your batteries before hitting the ground running in the new year, refreshed and ready for another great 12 months. 2023 can be the year you focus on living your happiest and healthiest life.
