Quick Nutty Oats

 
Serves 1
 
Ingredients:
50g oats (use gluten free if preferred)
20g vanilla flavour whey or rice protein powder
140ml unsweetened almond milk (or use milk of your choice)
50g apple, chopped
10g sultanas or raisins
10g chopped almonds, cashews or pecans
1 tsp desiccated coconut
a sprinkle of chia seeds (optional)
 
Method:
Place the oats, protein powder and milk in a bowl.
Stir well and allow to stand for 15 minutes, or until thickened.
Stir in the raisins and apple.
Top with the nuts, coconut and chia seeds (if using).
Serve.
