Ingredients:
40ml coconut milk
30g vanilla flavour whey or rice protein powder (optional)
60ml chilled coconut water or cold water
20g fresh spinach leaves
40g fresh or tinned pineapple
50g cucumber
juice of 1 lime
2 ice cubes
Method:
Place the ingredients in a blender jug and blend until smooth. Serve.
