Pineapple, Blueberry & Coconut Smoothie

 

Serves 1

Ingredients:

120ml unsweetened almond milk

60g fresh or frozen pineapple

30g vanilla flavour whey or rice protein powder

50ml unsweetened tinned coconut milk

60g frozen blueberries

Method:

Place the ingredients in a blender jug and blend well until creamy. Serve.

Consume immediately.
