Peanut Butter, Banana & Strawberry Jam Smoothie

 

Serves 1

Ingredients:

60g frozen strawberries
170ml unsweetened almond milk
70g fresh or frozen banana
25g banana or vanilla flavour whey or rice protein powder

20g peanut butter

Method:

Place the strawberries in a blender jug and blend well until smooth. Add a drop of cold water, if required.

Rinse the blender blade.


Place the remaining ingredients into a separate blender jug and blend until creamy. Transfer the strawberries to a glass. Top with the banana mixture.

Serve.

Consume immediately.
