Ingredients:
60g frozen peaches (or use fresh plus 3 ice cubes)
40g plain cottage cheese (use dairy free if preferred)
30g cream cheese (use dairy free if preferred)
25g vanilla flavour whey or rice protein powder
150ml unsweetened almond milk (or use milk of your choice)
1⁄2 tsp vanilla extract
Method:
Place all of the ingredients into a blender jug and blend well until creamy. Serve. Consume immediately.
