Nectarine & Cinnamon Smoothie

Serves 1
Ingredients:
25g vanilla flavour whey or rice protein powder
50g frozen banana
1 ripe nectarine, stone removed
180ml unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp sunflower seeds
1⁄2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp almond or cashew nut butter
3-5 ice cubes
Method:
Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy.
Serve.
Consume immediately.
