Matcha Green Tea Smoothie

 

Serves 1

Ingredients:

100ml unsweetened almond milk
100ml green tea (brewed for 10 minutes and allowed to cool)
60g frozen banana
80g frozen blueberries
30g chocolate or vanilla flavour whey or rice protein powder (optional)
1 heaped tsp cocoa nibs (optional)
1⁄2-1 tsp matcha powder
 
Method:
Place the ingredients in a blender and blend well until creamy.
Serve.
Consume immediately.
