Matcha Green Smoothie

 
 Serves 1
 
Ingredients:
180ml unsweetened almond milk
60g frozen banana
11⁄2 ripe kiwis, peeled
1 tsp matcha powder
30g vanilla flavour whey or rice protein powder (optional)
2 tsps fresh lime juice
a handful of fresh spinach or baby kale
3 ice cubes

Method:

Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy.

Serve.
