Mango, Carrot & Spinach Smoothie

 

Serves 1

Ingredients:

100ml coconut water
80g fresh mango, peeled

60g carrot, peeled
juice of 1⁄2 a lime
a pinch of ground cinnamon 1 tsp chia seeds

4 ice cubes

Method:

Place all of the ingredients in a blender jug. Blend well until smooth. Serve.
Consume immediately.
