Ingredients:
180ml unsweetened almond milk
60g frozen banana or pineapple
25g cream cheese (use dairy free if preferred)
25g vanilla flavour whey or rice protein powder
2 tsps fresh lemon juice
1 tsp desiccated coconut (optional)
Method:
Place the ingredients in a blender jug and blend well until creamy. Serve.
