Ingredients:
120ml unsweetened almond milk
100g ripe banana
120g Greek yoghurt (use dairy free if preferred)
20g vanilla flavour whey or plant-based protein powder
juice of 1-2 limes
1 tsp matcha green tea powder or spirulina (optional)
1 tsp lime zest, grated
3 ice cubes
Method:
Place all of the ingredients in a blender jug.
Blend well until creamy. Serve.
Consume immediately.
