Gingerbread Man Smoothie

Serves 1
Ingredients:
200ml unsweetened almond milk
60g frozen banana
25g vanilla flavour whey or rice protein powder
5 ice cubes
1 tsp vanilla extract
3⁄4 tsp ground ginger
1⁄2 tsp ground cinnamon
1⁄4-1⁄2 tsp ground nutmeg
1⁄4 tsp ground cloves
Method:
Place the ingredients in a blender and blend well until creamy. Add more spices if required, to taste.
Serve.
Consume immediately.
