Fruity Coconut Cooler

Ingredients:
130ml coconut water1⁄2 a large navel orange, peeled, pith and pips removed
5-10 ice cubes
60g fresh or frozen strawberries
Method:
Place the ingredients in a blender jug.
Blend really well until smooth.
Serve. Consume immediately.
