Ingredients:
60g fresh or frozen strawberries
170ml unsweetened almond milk
50g plain cottage cheese
25g vanilla or strawberry flavour whey or rice protein powder
1 tsp chia seeds
3-5 ice cubes
Method:
Place the ingredients in a blender jug. Blend well until creamy.
Serve.
