Creamy Mango & Orange Smoothie

 

Serves 1

Ingredients:

200ml unsweetened almond milk

100g ripe or frozen mango

50g Greek yoghurt (use dairy-free if preferred)

25g vanilla flavour whey or rice protein powder

1 satsuma orange, peeled

40ml unsweetened tinned coconut milk

3-5 ice cubes (optional)

 

Method:

Place the ingredients in a blender jug and blend well until creamy. Serve.

Consume immediately.
