Ingredients:
200ml unsweetened almond milk
a handful of lettuce, kale or spinach leaves
1 small apple, cored
25g vanilla flavour whey or rice protein powder
40g ripe avocado
1 tsp chia seeds
5 walnut halves
3-5 ice cubes
Method:
Place the ingredients in a blender and blend well until creamy.
