Creamy Coconut, Orange & Cranberry Smoothie

Ingredients:
150ml unsweetened cranberry juice
1⁄2 a navel orange, peeled
25g vanilla flavour whey or rice protein powder
70ml unsweetened coconut milk
6 ice cubes
Method:
Place the ingredients in a blender and blend well until creamy.
Serve.
Consume immediately.
