Makes 11 balls
Ingredients:
180g Medjool dates, pitted
100g peanut or almond butter
100g walnuts, chopped
30g cocoa powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp sea salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
30g dark chocolate chips
Method:
Place all of the ingredients into a food processor, except for the chocolate chips. Blend until combined.
If the mixture is too dry, add a small amount of cold water.
Stir in the chocolate chips.
Roll the mixture into 11 balls.
Store any leftovers in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 4 days.
