Cherry Berry Smoothie

 

Serves 1

Ingredients:

200ml unsweetened almond milk
70g fresh or frozen blackberries
70g frozen sweet cherries
25g vanilla flavour whey or rice protein powder

1 tsp nut butter of your choice

1 tsp ground cinnamon 

 Method:

Place the ingredients in a blender jug and blend well until creamy. Consume immediately.
