Serves 2
Ingredients:
90g oats (use gluten free if preferred)
400ml recently boiled water
150g frozen summer berries
40g vanilla flavour whey or rice protein powder
Method:
Place the oats and water in a saucepan and place over a medium heat. Stir well and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the berries, stir well and cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add more water during cooking time if required.
Remove from the heat and allow to stand for 10 minutes.
Add the protein powder and stir rapidly, until well combined.
Transfer to 2 serving bowls.
Consume immediately.
