Ingredients:
180ml unsweetened almond milk
90g frozen blueberries and / or strawberries
25g vanilla flavour whey or rice protein powder
50g fresh or frozen banana
1 tsp flaxseed or chia seeds
1 tsp cocoa nibs
1 heaped tsp almond butter
3 ice cubes
Method:
Place the ingredients in a blender jug and blend well until creamy.
Add more milk if required, to achieve desired consistency.
Consume immediately.
