Ingredients:
180ml unsweetened almond milk (or use milk of your choice) 50g frozen banana
70g apple, core removed
15g oats (use gluten free if preferred)
3 ice cubes
60g Greek yoghurt (use dairy free if preferred)
25g vanilla flavour whey or rice protein powder (optional)1⁄2 tsp ground cinnamon
Method:
Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend well until creamy. Serve.
Consume immediately.
