Passion Fruit & Lime Smoothie

 
 Serves 1

Ingredients:

200ml unsweetened almond milk
the seeds of 2 passion fruit
50g frozen banana
30g vanilla flavour whey or rice protein powder
the juice of 1⁄2-1 lime, to taste
1 tspn chia seeds
2 tspns desiccated coconut

Method:

Place the ingredients in a blender and blend well until creamy.
Taste and add more lime juice if required.
For a thicker smoothie, allow to stand for several minutes before serving. Consume immediately.
