Apple & Ginger Zinger

 

Serves 1

Ingredients:

a handful of fresh spinach leaves
25g vanilla flavour whey or rice protein powder
1 small apple, cored and halved
180ml unsweetened almond milk
6-8 ice cubes
50g frozen banana
10g fresh ginger, peeled

Method:

Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend well until smooth. Consume immediately.
