35g cooked beetroot
1 tsp chia seeds
70g frozen strawberries
60g fresh or frozen cherries
25g vanilla flavour whey or rice protein powder (optional) 180ml unsweetened almond milk
Method:
Place the ingredients in a blender and blend well until smooth.
Serve. Consume immediately.
