HYROX Training Sessions
ÂŁ15 per person
HYROX Training sessions enhance endurance with timed workouts across 8 stations and brief recovery breaks.
HYROX Competition Half Simulations
Doubles: ÂŁ20 per person
HYROX HALF Simulations challenge your fitness with half the workout to prep for race day or target improvements.
HYROX Competition Full Simulations
Doubles: ÂŁ25 per person
HYROX FULL Simulations replicate the full event to push your limits and prep for competition.

Reserve Your Place TodayHYROX Training sessions will be based on the 8 HYROX stations but will have a time cap of 5 minutes per station (including your run) and a short transition recovery. The run will be outside, weather permitting. An alternative exercise will be added to the format if the run cannot be done on the day. 90 min time cap
HYROX Competition Half Simulations The Half Sim is where you’ll take on half of the full Hyrox workout. It’s a mix of running, strength, and endurance challenges to prepare you for the real thing on race day or test where you need to improve your skills and overall fitness. 30-60mins time cap
HYROX Competition Full Simulations replicate the format of every exercise in a HYROX event. We typically incorporate heavier weights to ensure you're fully prepared, pushing you to perform at your best. Ready to dominate your next HYROX competition or simply want to try HYROX? Don’t wait. This is a Doubles event and will be at mixed doubles weight on sleds . If you wish to do singles, please get in touch with me for more information.
