What is the DEKA FIT Simulation?


This is a full race-style DEKA FIT simulation designed to help you prepare for the official Manchester event under realistic conditions.

  • Full official DEKA FIT format
  • 10 functional fitness zones
  • 500m run before every zone
  • 5km total running
  • Real race pacing and transitions
  • Scorecard to track your performance

The simulation includes 10 x 500m runs and 10 DEKA ZONES

You’ll start with a 500m run before DEKA Zone 1, then continue alternating between runs and DEKA Zones throughout the event. After your final 500m run, you’ll complete DEKA Zone 10 to finish.

Whether you’re aiming for your first finish, a new PB, or a podium push, this session gives you the chance to train how you race.

For doubles entrants, the first and last run are completed together, while the other runs can be split as you choose.
